1) If you haven't yet, decide on your domain name...it can be whatever you like but I recommend  (area code)BirthdayClub.com or (area code)BirthdayDeals.com or if you live in a big city.... DetroitBirthdayClub.com...or if your area is expressed by a well-known abbreviation   DFWBirthdayClub as an example.

2) I recommend using Godaddy.com to purchase your domain but you can use any registrar.  IGNORE anything else they try to sell you on the way out!

An hour or so after you purchase the domain name...  
Open up your Godaddy account and follow the instructions on the video...

3) The training starts here

Start collecting local newspapers and magazines where you can find restaurants advertising.

Restaurants will be the bulk of your website content.

You can start doing this immediately.  I can't recall ever being asked why I wanted to know their birthday deal, but if I were asked, I'd reply with the truth!
