My offline business has grown to the point where I need to hire some freelancers to do some of the tasks I've been doing.

For example...Let's say I'm talking with a client who decides that Sunday and Monday are going to be 50 cent Wing Night at the restaurant and they want some flyers to print up and distribute in the restaurant and something for posting on FB....an easy to read graphic.

I'd like to be able to send an email to my freelancer(s) with all the details and have that flyer done ASAP....in a perfect world, before I get home but within 12 hours.

I'd also like someone...perhaps the same person... to line up content suitable for the Facebook pages of my business clients. At this point I'd post the content myself but I'd like it lined up so I can just choose content and schedule the posting.

I'd like to get clients started on Instagram and I have no experience on that so I'll need some guidance there.

I use MailChimp and Constant Contact for the emails I send for clients and I'd love to have someone I could call on to design nice looking emails....same process...we want to do an Easter email and here are the details...set it up.

You'd be working through UpWork.com so you'd need to set up an account there.

They assure you get paid and they have a nifty feature that takes a pic of your screen every few minutes so the people who do the hiring can see that work is being done.

This would be hourly and you decide the rate.

At the start, preference will be given to people willing to work for the lowest rate.

I can find someone in Bangladesh to do the work for $4 an hour but would prefer to work with one of my readers who has some talent and could use the extra money.

This is perfect for someone who is stuck at home for whatever reason and wants to feel productive.

Taking this busy work off my plate will free me up to get more clients which = more work and higher pay for my freelancers.

I'd like any flyers/graphics done in a simple word processing program so I could make any quick changes the client wants.

You'd need to have access to a gmail address so we could share Google Documents....luckily Gmail addresses are free!

If I can find one person for all this, that's great but if you have an expertise in just one of these areas, please send over an email of interest.

If you want to bang out a 50 cent wing night flyer as a demo, go for it. Sunday and Monday nights, 7pm to closing...in the bar area only.

Unfortunately, I can't guarantee any steady income at the moment but if you stick around and do good work, I will use you for a long time and you'll earn more.
